Bok Choi, also known as Pok Choi or Chinese cabbage, is a Brassica family member and a staple of Asian cuisine. Rather than head up like an American-style cabbage, Bok Choi forms a dense cluster of leaves with crisp white stalks and dark green circular leaves.

Storage: Bok Choi should be stored in plastic in the fridge. It is best used within a week.
